I don't keep standard business hours.  A lot of the time I will answer the phone late at night and even weekends so don't be shy.  Conversely I may not be able to answer the phone but if you leave a brief message and a call back number I will get back to you as soon as possible.  Or you can always e-mail me.  This has the advantage of a more precise response.  I will have the time to look up exact numbers and give you precise information rather then going off the top of my head.  Thank you.
